Description
  • The key objective of the role is to be responsible for the day to day business relationship of key Retail partners Waitrose and Iceland.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within your Retail customer base whilst protecting existing business. Develop commercial proposals for each key retailer in conjunction with the Sales Director and Managing Director.
  • Take full ownership of product/solution/service offer development, costings, forecasts, operational delivery and management of stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Present and evaluate all proposals for future strategic fit in line with business strategy.
  • Manage day to day administration and reporting accurately and within the given time-frames.
  • Line Management of 1 direct report


Profile
  • Ideally from a food and drink/manufacturing/supply chain background with strong retail understanding
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills operating at a senior management level
  • A history of developing joint business plans with customers.
  • Experience of managing internal/customer projects.
