Job Role | Key Account Manager - Export

  • This role is available due to an internal promotion
  • The Key Account Manager will manage distributors in Export Markets (likely China, Turkey, Malaysia)
  • Overseas travel is expected 3-4 times a year
  • Focus on sales and marketing
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with channel partners
  • Supporting and contributing to the development of business and marketing plans
  • Acting as brand ambassador, reflecting the company’s reputation, and ensuring a high degree of partner satisfaction, service, and support
     

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • The Key Account Manager needs to be flexible and versatile with strong time management, delegation, and prioritisation skills
  • A ‘completer finisher’ that takes responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt across cultures and countries, sometimes with language barriers
  • You will have business and marketing planning and strategy experience
  • Export experience, and management of distributors is highly desired
