  • To meet sales targets for the territory, providing regular performance progress and feedback to both internal and external stakeholders & to identify growth opportunities within territory in collaboration with sales teams.


Client Details

Our client is a premium manufacturer and supplier of household names and products within the premium Watch & Jewellery space, selling into all major retail stores and independent specialists. This is a field based role where you will be on the road visiting key selling partners.

Description
  • Be the point of contact for all brand customers ensuring timely and effective solutions are delivered which meet client expectations
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as required
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors with a focus on customer retention
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and communicate to sales director as required
  • Engage in marketing activity including negotiating advertising/promotional spaces, where appropriate
  • Communicate brand marketing activity to the brand portfolio
  • Plan your field visits intricately


Profile
  • A passion for sales and account management with proven experience in delivering results
  • A solid background in sales/account management
  • The ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of the wider team
  • Previous experience within a Jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brand essential
