As a result of growth over the last few years they are seeking to expand their commercial team that will manage some of their key customers.
The business operates in a fast paced environment where there is a plethora of branded solutions, so standing out from the crowd is important. As such you will have responsibility for delivering growth via creation of commercial solutions through JBP and promotional planning that incorporates budgeting, forecasting and category managed plans. Integral to this will be engagement with NPD and Technical teams to ensure the commercial objectives are maximized.
Ready to make your second or third career move within a commercial environment, you will bring experience from previous customers within retail convenience or discounter channels.
This will be a logical step for you to develop your career through the groups training program. To be successful, you will have a history of pushing hard within your customers to win and be able to demonstrate the ability to negotiate and fight for market share.
