£70-80,000 Basic, Bonus, Car Allowance + Benefits
Our Client is a rapidly expanding & highly successful Non Food Business covering a range of primarily Own Label Non Food categories
A senior vacancy exists for a National Account Controller to manage a Senior National Account Manager and the M&S account.
The NAC is a senior leadership role, with one direct report ( a SNAM ), and between the NAC and the SNAM they are wholly responsible for the M & S account.
This is what our Client is looking for ;
Category Background.
Ideally from a similar Non Food category eg Health and Beauty, Domestic Cleaning and Laundry, Personal Care Products, Toiletries or Housewares.
Own Label experience is essential.
M & S exposure would be a bonus but if not any exposure to any of the larger retailers / grocery chains would qualify.
NPD
The job holder will constantly be involved in NPD and new product launches. They will be expected to live and breathe NPD so their previous experience should include a significant amount of exposure to NPD.
People Management.
Candidates for this role should have a significant amount of senior people management experience within an FMCG category.
