Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up as they become the exclusive UK distributor for a market leading Air Purification product. They are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth of the product in the UK.

Client Details

Our client is the exclusive UK distributor for a market leading Air Purification product.


As Senior Business Development Manager you will have the following roles and responsibilities;
  • Generate new business opportunities across the UK.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs.
  • Conduct research and maintain detailed knowledge of customer base to generate sufficient quality leads.
  • Create customised proposals as required.
  • Successful delivery of proposals to prospective customers to secure new business.
  • Negotiate prices to ensure that the best possible price is achieved, that profitability targets are maintained and that the Company remains competitive.
  • Ensure all contract documentation and administration is accurate and delivered to the business in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proactive contact with prospective customers to build relationships and improve the prospects of further additional sales.
  • Update information onto the CRM system daily - cold calls, pipeline activity etc.
  • Prepare monthly reports of sales versus target.
  • This position will be a field based role covering a UK Territory.

  • Strong new business sales background.
  • Demonstrable track record of success managing a sales territory.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High energy, ambitious and a confident self-starter.
  • Relationship building and influencing skills to drive sales and growth.
  • Full Driving License.
  • Comfortable working within a growing business.

Job Offer

- A basic salary of £50,000

- Uncapped Commission
