Our client are an autonomous division of a worldwide group based in Germany. The group has 7 manufacturing sites across Europe and is a leading manufacturer in the market they operate in. With over 100 years of history behind the business, they take pride in their products and work hard to maintain relationships with some brilliant customers.
Our client are looking for a National Account Executive to provide support on some big retail and convenience customers. You will be involved in implementing sales plans for the appropriate customer base and ensuring growth in volume and gross margin targets. You will also conduct regular business meetings with relevant customers to develop effective relationship allowing you to identify new opportunities. Providing progression and development will be a key part of your role here as you will also be involved in the setting of pricing, NPD launches, distribution and setting up contract terms. Our client will also hold monthly reviews with you to see where you need assistance and more focus to allow you to improve your skillset as a whole.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the commercial industry but also a drive to succeed and deliver results for our client. With the will to learn and develop your skillset, this role could be the one for you.
