National Account Manager - M&S

The Advocate Group has partnered with a hugely exciting food business that operates in the fresh food sector. The business has recently been acquired and has new life and passion flowing, with exciting technology that will change the game for them and the food industry!
We are looking for a National Account Manager to join the Marks and Spencers team assisting the M&S Controller to grow the single largest account within the business. This is a high profile area of the business that will be heavily invested in and comes with a huge opportunity to prove yourself within a business with great growth plans.
You will have experience dealing with Top 6 retailers ideally and be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management ability, you will also be commercially astute and comfortable being fully responsible for your area of the P&L. You will have some experience of cross-functional working and be happy to work with your team to deliver best in class service to customers. Commercial acumen is important but the business is heavily led by culture, and someone who can be a future leader.

- You must have experience with food or drink products.
- 2 years of food sales experience.
- Commercially aware with demonstratable experience of managing P&Ls.
- Experience with own label would be beneficial.
