My client, one of Britain’s most admired premium food and retail brands, are continuing through an exciting period of digital transformation, and look to revamp their existing marketing operations, with a focus on social media, performance and content. To that end, I am delighted to be seeking a Social Media & PR Manager to join their global team.
Responsible for scaling customer growth across all social media channels for all regions, as well as planning and activating socially led digital brand partnerships, the Social Media & PR Manager will work in close cohesion with the Director of Customer Experience to map out and execute engaging social media and PR experiences and campaigns that are brave, creative and memorable. With the support of a strong internal team of social media, CRM, content and ecommerce professionals, as well as the expertise and manpower of world-class social agencies, the Social Media & PR Manager has a well-oiled operation at the ready, that can develop, create and roll-out campaigns that are reflective of consumer data and performance.
While my client is open to industry background, this role would suit candidates with the following experience:
- 5 years’ experience in a social media focused role ideally within the consumer goods, FMCG or retail space
- Demonstrable experience in building social campaigns for local and international channels
- Clear experience in influencer marketing
- Omni-channel experience
- Superior Google Analytics experience
