As a result, there is an opening for the appointment of a talented individuals that can grow both their business and personal skills over the next 3-5 years. The Directors of the business have a history of developing their teams to enhance performance and increase personal and the organisations performance.
Responsible for creating growth across a range of customers from Regional and national wholesalers through to end users which could range from pubs to hotels, restaurants and education functions.
Your energy and passion to win will enable you to secure new customers and manage the commercial agreements of existing sales programs.
So the ability to negotiation, plan your JBP and reach growth targets are key

Y3-5 years commercial sales experience will have prepared you for this new development role.
You may have been involved on the Wholesale, HORECA or retail sales markets; either will equip you well- but not as effectively as the passion you bring to win and develop your own business.
