Driven National Account Controller required to drive ambitious yet perfectly timed major growth opportunity across the restaurant chain sector.

Our client is a well established multi-national organisation with strong presence in the UK.  Highly profitable, the business model is lean in structure, yet high in resource and investment to aid major growth.

Already established as a key supplier across food service and end user channels amongst others, they have recently invested heavily in preparation for the appointment of this newly created senior level role.

Reporting directly to the UK Commercial Director, you will assume full autonomy and responsibility to lead a small team to implement and deliver strategy and drive significant new business wins across restaurant chain and end user channels.

The business is extremely forward thinking, priding themselves on their strong digital marketing presence and capability, tools used to identify potential new business wins and to support you and your team with performance and results. 

Currently a sub-£10m T/O operation in the UK, they aspire to achieve a £25m T/O by the end of 2024.  This appointment is a key element of their ambitious growth plan, presenting a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking the chance to join a business where cleat career growth and development is visible and achievable.

To be considered for the role applicant must be able to demonstrate a record of success whilst operating with a relevant end user / restaurant chain customer base.  Due to the fact the business has a relatively small team (considering their sales growth to date), it is also essential candidates come from PL / SME environments most often associated with a ‘hands on’ working style – managing multiple projects, driving innovation pipelines, and working cross-functionally with internal colleagues.

They will however at the same time, consider candidates from any food or beverage background.
