Shopper Insights Manager - Step up from Exec

The beauty of our client’s approach to shopper marketing though is that they are an Agency with a dedicated Research & Delivery team who support the client managers. 🛍️

Working with the Shopper Insights Director, this role will offer you the opportunity to lead client relationships with major FMCG blue-chips, both suppliers and retailers. ☎️

Getting close to the customer is at the heart of this role. 💑 If you love making people’s lives easier and feel that understanding a problem is the most important part of presenting any solution, this role will play to your strengths.

You’ll use your in-depth understanding of the real-world retail landscape to develop elegant research proposals and manage exciting shopper campaigns for the industry’s biggest names. 📕

Managing the execution of these research campaigns, you’ll be the eyes and ears of the client ensuring that no opportunities to listen to the shopper and get close to them are missed. 🎁

This role is a great opportunity for those who are currently working as Category or Shopper Exec and who are keen to step up into your first role as a customer lead.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge with you, you will enjoy the tight-knit relaxed culture of the agency.
