Role: Lead Brewer

Salary: £30-£35,000 + Benefits

I am working with an independent craft brewer in London, well regarded for their solid core range of beers as well as striking seasonal specials to find them an passionate and experienced Lead Brewer. Having been brewing in London for nearly 10 years’ now they are an instantly recognisable brand that focus on brewing exceptional quality products with depth of flavour.

You will be tasked with managing a 30 Hectolitre site, organising, and planning the production process, ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to as well as using your creative flair to develop recipes for future products. Managing quality control as well as cellar and stock management will be part of the role. The role is predominantly 9-5 with a few rare exceptions.

The ideal applicant will have 2+ years’ brewing experience, ideally with previous man management. You will have a brewing qualification as well as a working knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene. This opportunity is to work closely with the owners and lead a team underneath you, you will have to be a team player to be successful in this role.
