With a newly structured Shopper Marketing team to include both category and customer marketing and a recently launched category vision we are now able to recruit an ambitious Customer Marketing Manager to help shape the shopper/customer marketing agenda.
Reporting to the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of shopper marketing programmes and insights ensuring our brands achieve great standout in store. This is a great opportunity to influence customer behaviour and unlock growth potential. In addition, you’ll work very closely with cross functional teams – brand marketing and sales in order to identify, develop and execute significant in-store initiatives.
You’ll need to have a strong track record in world-class shopper/customer/category management within a branded FMCG environment; a deep understanding of shopper behaviour and experience in dealing with multiple retailers at all levels. Ultimately, we’re looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, brand awareness and a solid analytical approach who will be able to step into the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager position.
