Job Details
Establish and grow new customers for UCC Coffee across all revenue streams. Selling and promoting Coffee machines, Coffee, Maintenance and Side Products to achieve set KPI targets and grow market share.
The Role:
- Increase new business customers across coffee, equipment and maintenance in the OOH channel to include café’s, bakeries, pubs, restaurants, hotels, leisure sites and others
- Maximise replacement machine sales opportunities in existing accounts using UCC data and insights
- Capture sales opportunities of new & refurbished machines, as additional or upgraded kit
- Maximise coffee, equipment, maintenance and side products opportunities through developing relationships with new customers by prospecting via networking, cold calling and sales leads
- Respond quickly to all in-coming sales enquires and follow through within agreed customer timeframes; ensuring all quotations are accurate and according to agreed commercial terms and in line with the businesses margin expectations
- Accurately complete and process required customer paperwork. Undertake administrative tasks and duties, to enable the team to reach its monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Assist with new site openings, site launch days, installs and promotional activity as required
- Develop and execute new business plan within your geographic area
- Constantly promote the UCC brand in a customer friendly and professional manner
- Familiarise yourself with the activity and products of our competitors and the marketplace, using this information to report to line manager, team and wherever appropriate internally
The Person:
- A tenacious, self-starter who will go the extra mile to deliver results
- Confident and inspiring individual, with a track record of winning new business
- Solid background in the coffee industry preferred
- Exceptional customer relationship skills which has led to demonstratable business growth
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise own diary & workload, to meet deadlines
- Top quality verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Energy, enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude
- Flexible approach to work, location and hours
