A fantastic opportunity for a successful and driven Business Development Manager to join a global organisation based in the South West.

Client Details

Our client is a leading supplier of refrigeration and catering equipment to the Hospitality, Leisure and Events industry.


As Business Development Manager you will have the following responsibilities;
  • Lead business development activities within the Food service Equipment Rental side of the business.
  • Work closely and effectively with the Lead Generation and Inside Sales teams to convert leads into new customers.
  • Service and develop relationships with existing partners.
  • Develop, manage and execute a sales pipeline.
  • Develop plans around attaining growth target.
  • Attend meeting with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Presenting to new and existing potential solutions for their requirements.
  • Utilise all the technology at your disposable to identify and create new opportunities.
  • Work towards company revenue and strategic goals.
  • Develop an existing account base, identifying opportunities to build on strong relationships.
  • Demonstrate a commitment and interest in the food service industry, staying up to date and relevant with what is happening.
  • Maintain a professional approach towards colleagues and customers.
  • The opportunity will be a mixture of working from the office and meeting with clients new and existing.

  • A high energy, articulate self-starter who is looking to grow and progress.
  • Demonstrable track record of success within a business development role.
  • Experience selling a B2B service is required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and targeted environment.
  • Someone who is looking for continued career growth and opportunities.
  • Personable team player who can work effectively with wider teams.
  • Ability to work with technology on a day to day basis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Offer
  • A basic salary up to £35,000
