As the successful Head of Export you will be responsible for developing a strategic plan with your senior leadership team. Develop a pipeline and road map of international account prospects that are relevant to our clients brand portfolio that will help them scale their existing business. As the Head of Export you will need to effectively manage a team of direct reports, with the intention of growing the team as the business grows!
The ideal fit:
- Have current experience in one of the following roles: Head of International Sales, Head of Export, Export Sales Manager, Country Manager or equivalent in a food or drinks business
- Ability to lead and develop a direct report
- International distributor management.
- Pro-active attitude with a strong hunting mentality.
- MUST want to win!
- Preferably be degree educated or equivalent.
