Regional Sales Manager for Premium Healthy Dog Food Manufacturer based in the North West.

You will be the leader & owner of the entire Northern region of our Direct Sales efforts who attend a combination of events, shopping centres & garden centres throughout the year.

My client is a premium healthy dog food company who are growing from strength to strength.

My client is very passionate about the products and believe that dogs deserve to eat the healthiest, most natural and tastiest food with none of the nasties.

  • Manage & execute Sales Strategy in the Northern Region.
  • Build, manage & motivate your sales team of up to 30+ sales representatives.
  • Take lead on the on-boarding process of new members into your team, and their development into world class salespeople.
  • As you get to know your team, and are growing it you will be expected to work some shifts across a weekend here or there.
  • Build and nurture a support team of Shift Supervisors to help manage your team
  • Work collaboratively with other Regional Managers & Direct Sales Team members.
  • Actively seek out new event opportunities for your team.
  • Report your team's success and learning's to the wider business

  • Sales Leadership in either FMCG, Retail, Agency
  • Enthusiastic and Proactive, with a 'let's get it done' attitude
