National Account Manager – DIY/Garden
c£55,000-£65,000 + Generous Bonus & Benefits
Having enjoyed their best year in 2020, this global household name is distributed widely within the UK market across online, garden, DIY and high street channels. As a multi-billion-pound business they employ around 18,000 globally with 280 based in the UK. They are still privately owned, allowing them to upkeep their strong culture and values, as well as giving them the ability to invest in their successful, hardworking people.
As National Account Manager you will be responsible for a P&L of around £20m dependant on customers. Accounts may include Tool Station, Wickes or Homebase; however this may differ dependant on the successful candidate. You will report into the Sales Director and be part of a high performing sales team of 7 although you should expect to work cross functionally across the business as well as presenting at a high level.
To be considered for the opportunity you will ideally be working within the Garden/DIY industry. Experience managing customers such as Tool Station, Wickes, Homebase or any others in a similar channel will also be favoured. This role would suit a hardworking and ambitious National Account Manager looking for progression from their current role.
