Our client, a hugely successful European toy manufacturer has identified the UK territory as a substantial opportunity. Although the company does have a presence here in the UK at present, it is some way short of its full potential, and the company had decided to rectify this by investing in new offices, new people and new products. The company is very serious indeed about the UK, and has deep enough pockets to ensure a real success story. The company’s success here is assured, but we need your help to achieve it.

As a seasoned Online professional from within a non-food category you will bring to bear your considerable experience with the Amazon account in particular. The company will be relying on your expertise in the Online channel, so it’s essential therefore that your exposure to Amazon is such that you have a deep understanding of the account; its processes and procedures, and how to really optimise sales. Exposure to other Online e-tailers would also be something of a bonus too ( for example Shop Direct, J D Williams, Argos, Studio etc. ).

In addition to managing the company’s UK Online presence, you will be required to turn your hand to not only manage some existing Bricks and Mortar accounts, but you will also be charged with bringing new ones on board. The opportunity is significant however it needs you to bring to bear your high levels of commercial savvy, and new business skills to absolutely ensure the business plan is achieved. It’s not essential that you have had previous exposure to the Bricks and Mortar channel, however it is essential that you are not phased at the prospect of having to learn this alongside your Online duties.

This is a highly visible role, with no corners to hide in. The opportunity is however significant, and would suit somebody who is really looking for the recognition they deserve. This is not in any way a job for the faint-hearted. We need somebody who can guarantee to capitalise on the opportunity that presents itself.

In return for your dedication and effort, our client is prepared to pay a basic salary of between £40,192 to £50,248 plus bonus, and plus a generous car allowance.
