Job Title – Merchandise Manager (Space Planning)

Location – Midlands

Salary – Up to £60k

I have the pleasure of supporting a leading Retailer to appoint a Merchandise Manager (Space Planning) to further compliment their strong Merchandise and Format team.

As a business over the past 12 months they have had strong sales figures, hired some key, instrumental figures to drive the business forward and also given a lot back to the community.

Within the newly created Merchandise Manager role, you will focus on the continued roll out of Blue Yonder, the development of your existing team and the enchaining of relationships both internally and externally.

As the business becomes less manual and more automated in its processes and reporting, you will play a key part in taking your business area along this journey.

Above your “usual” KPI’s, you will be tasked with developing the team culture, creating relevant Dashboard and reducing data error.  Whilst the role is a leadership position, you will also be hands on.

About you

Experience of operating at a leadership level within Space Planning

Ideally you will have experience of Blue Yonder (JDA)

You will be adaptive to change

Resilience is a must

Candidates from the Grocer, Convenience or High Street backgrounds with have an advantage.
