I am excited to be working with a challenger drinks brand, as they search for an On-Trade Sales Executive to come on board, and own account development for London and the home counties.
Born only a handful of years ago, this brand has experienced consistent growth ever since. With an already flourishing account base across the on & off trade, the brand possesses a loyal customer base of flavour and health-conscious drinkers.
To that end, they seek an on-trade or drinks sales specialist, who not only understands the "no & low" category, but who can also demonstrate strategic ability in identifying new and relevant accounts for unique brands. Working directly with the brand Co-Founders, the On-Trade Sales Executive will own account management, as well as account development strategy and execution for London initially, with Greater London the rest of the UK to follow.
To be successful in this role, candidates must:
- Have 3+ years' experience in a similar on-trade/sales role, within the drinks or snacking sector
- Be a motivated and dynamic self-starter who isn't afraid to take risks and think creatively
- Possess an entrepreneurial flair and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be a people person - this role is about relationships, and strong communication ability is key!
