Denholm is delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s best loved premium and gourmet family food brands to hire a Business Unit Leader to oversee and manage two Top 4 Grocery, M&S and the Discounters.
This exciting remotely-based role is part of the European leadership team and has responsibility for creating and executing the multi-channel growth agenda across grocery and retail.
Reporting to the European Commercial Director, this key senior leadership role is required to shape the strategic implementation of the commercial plan across a number of functions; driving their brands to the top of retailers agenda across all categories.
The successful candidate will have proven Top 4 Grocery and retail national account leadership experience and evidence of inspiring, coaching and developing high performance sales teams.
