SEO Manager

Are you a Digital Marketer with a flair for SEO looking for your next challenge? Do you want to be part of a thriving, growing digital team within an already successful business? This North West based Consumer Goods business are looking to add an SEO Manager to their business. With several globally recognised brands in their portfolio, you will assist in further elevating the company acting as the go-to SEO expert.

The role of SEO Manager will ensure the company’s success though the development of category leading digital marketing activities and best in class user experience to drive online sales and brand awareness. Key responsibilities will include:

• Development and management of the overall SEO strategy across brand portfolio and accompanying websites
• Working alongside the Content Specialist to ensure excellence in execution through content, keyword and competitor research
• Continually seeking ways to improve performance and spot opportunities for development
• Keeping up to date with developments in SEO, industry updates and best practice
• Influence and guide brand comms strategy to ensure digital presence is accelerated
• Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Brand teams to ensure a fully integrated and collaborative approach across our creative outputs, both online and offline

Joining a newly created Digital Marketing team, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change, taking the lead on all SEO activity. You will be / hold:

• Previous experience in an SEO role – minimum of 2 years’
• Confident and passionate SEO specialist, unafraid to challenge the norm to identify new and innovative opportunities for growth while upskilling the team on all things digital
• Strong data analysis skills and confident Excel user
• Proactive in nature, using your initiative to find solutions
• Commercially minded, ambitious nature and passionate
• Experience working with eCommerce sites is advantageous
• Must be comfortable and motivated to work independently and as part of a wider team
