Job Details

You will own & lead the development of the off and online divisional trade strategy whilst also Delivering sales and profit for major accounts in line with the agreed business target.

Client Details

Our client is a global player in the Beauty & Cosmetics space with some outstanding, innovative and market leading brands.

  • Lead and manage the accounts & category team for the division and ensure their full professional development
  • Lead the sales input for Annual Planning Process
  • Deliver accurate financial forecasting and volume forecasting for the account and to work as part of a cross functional team in the business planning process
  • Implement commercial trade terms and conditions
  • Provide relevant, timely and accurate account performance information and account insight to the business to help shape commercial plans

  • Major account management experience covering the top 3 in Grocery and High Street, Boots and Superdrug, Online & Offline experience required.
  • FMCG Health and Beauty experience preferred
  • Proven track record in developing, managing, and guiding strategic and tactical sales activities in major accounts
  • Solid numeracy and financial skills to make sound decisions on trade support, budget management and maximization of revenues
  • Strong communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presenting
  • Previous line management experience including developing and coaching direct reports and wider team.
  • Ability and confidence to deputise for the Commercial Director as necessary
