A unique Field Sales Manager role within a global leader in Nutrition / Fitness & Wellbeing. You'll be the interface between head office and the Members (Distributors) to build trusting relationships, influencing, presenting (virtually) and providing the sales tools for the Members to succeed.

The main focus of this role is to have full scope and understanding of the initiatives and behaviours happening in the market place with a portfolio of Members (Distributors). The role will require the individual to build trusted relationships to provide ongoing training, sales techniques and tools to increase sales.
  • Work strongly and closely with all business units, including Members to identify sales initiatives in accordance with corporate strategies that can grow the Member base & improve productivity
  • Enhance brand awareness and generate revenue
  • Statistical analysis of each Member's business and sharing of all positive results
  • Regular communication with Members focusing on business strategy & planning; building business initiatives - identify training needs - sales & recruiting tools
  • This will be gained through field (virtual) visits, with the expectation of understanding how the main focus can be nurtured and channelled into sustainable / increased sales.
  • The Field Sales Supervisor will be proactive, willing to understand metrics and the important measures it plays with strategic goals, as well as attend and support all training events as required, for the markets.
  • Work strongly and closely with all business units, including Members to identify sales initiatives in accordance with corporate strategies that can grow the Member base, improve Member productivity, enhance brand awareness and generate revenue. Statistical analysis of each Member organisation and sharing of all positive results.

  • Innate interest in Nutrition / Health / Well being
  • A strong personality and excellent leadership skills are an essential. Needs to be well balanced with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity, able to adapt as the external environment and organisation evolves
  • An excellent team player with proven track record of coordinating/managing a team and positively influencing staff
  • Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills, people person who values the participation and ideas of others
  • Innovative, progressive and creative strategic thinker, putting efficient plans into action, producing effective results and concerned with attention to detail in the completion of tasks, even if not undertaken personally.
  • Must be a creative thinker with the ability to operate strategically
  • A strong data analysis skill set and understanding of sales strategy

Alongside supporting Members and facilitating the growth for their markets, you will have a strong analytical and presentation skills - as you will be expected to present summaries / findings from your virtual meetings / discussions with Members, to the Business Intelligence Manager and Country Director.
