Job Details

Our client: 

  • An international branded premium food manufacturer
  • Excellent organic growth as well as bolstering their product portfolio through a string of acquisitions
  • Cash rich, with one of the biggest acquisitions this year
  • Now seek to recruit a National Account Manager to take responsibility for wholesale customers

The role: 

  • Suitable for a National Account Executive looking to take on more responsibility OR
  • A National Account Manager who is looking for the opportunity to grow in a dynamic organisation
  • Reporting to a Channel Lead, you will take responsibility for Booker, Bestway + some smaller customers
  • To manage the strategic relationship with larger accounts
  • While identifying opportunity to take advantage of low hanging fruit with smaller customers
  • Is a developmental role

Ideal candidate: 

  • Will be driven and hungry with an eye for identifying growth opportunities
  • Will be commercially astute with experience managing a P&L
  • Must have a background in FMCG, ideally within Food and Drink
  • Be able to demonstrate customer prioritisation to drive growth
  • Some wholesale knowledge is preferable
