Must have experience internationally and have experience in distribution. You will lead on multi-channel strategy to deliver growth across all channels to market: B2B, B2C & B2G

Reporting to the Commercial Director, as International Director you will lead the international business through a significant transition in order to achieve significant growth. You will lead on multi-channel strategy to deliver growth across all channels to market: B2B, B2C & B2G. You will have a clear view on how you and your team will acquire, retain and grow all customer segments through strategic account management and marketing activities.

The output of the role will be to build sustainable, profitable revenue with the future view of the business doubling in size and evolving to ensure this growth is realised. You will ensure that the wider business is kept well abreast of the requirements that international division will have to continue to accelerate growth across the globe.

Are you an outstanding strategic and people leader who has experience of managing cross functional teams. You will be used to managing in a fast paced, high growth business, with international experience covering a blended selling model.

  • International experience with a general understanding of B2C, B2B & B2G
  • General understanding of International trading and shipping regulations
  • Able to manage a fast growth and geographical expansion business
  • Experience of managing online and offline digital sales channels
  • Understanding of IP product and solution based selling
  • Strong financial and commercial experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable reviewing and suggesting improvements to processes
