Here at innocent, we’re going through an exciting period of growth, getting our drinks into the fridges of more drinkers across Europe.  We’re looking for someone great to join our UK marketing team as Senior Brand Manager looking after media and comms campaigns.

We have just launched our new brand platform, little drinks big dreams, across Europe and are looking for someone to ensure we maximise it here in the UK with our drinkers.

As a Senior Brand Manager, you’ll have ownership of media and comms campaigns in the UK that support the UK brand plan and are in line with our Europeans comms strategy. You’ll also have ownership of the creative development process for local campaign assets.

You’ll be working with a great bunch of people, you’ll partner with our central team on pan-European comms projects, work with our agency partners and internal creative team to deliver campaigns that we can all be proud of. You’ll also work cross-functionally with our shopper marketing team and support the brand planning process with our commercial teams too.

Our social media manager and PR & Media expert will be reporting to you, working together to ensure you deliver holistic brand campaigns across our channels that engage our drinkers, with campaigns delivered on time and within budget.

you'll have

You will have a proven track record of successful campaign management from creative development, through to media & PR plan delivery.  It’d be great if you can tell us all about how you’ve worked with digital comms, including social media strategy and content planning.

And you will also have experience in developing a central creative idea into a compelling consumer campaign at local level that delivers. Creativity is a must have for this role, we’ll want to hear about your experience with the creative development process, for assets that fit the campaign objectives.

It’ll really tip the scales in your favour if you’ve got people management experience as well.

The perfect candidate would have a strong track record across the total marketing mix, including commercial, so be just as comfortable discussing a P&L & Nielsen data as well as sharing creative feedback.

Overall, we’re looking for a fully rounded marketeer with strong brand management experience in both creative and commercial aspects of the marketing mix.
