About Our Client
Our client is based in Lincolnshire and are a very progressive fresh food supplier to the UK retail sector with a fabulous reputation within their category for unrivalled customer service.

About the Job
The role as you would expect, is vital to our clients continued success and as MD you will be responsible for the total day to day running of this very progressive fresh food supplier to the UK retailers and will have fabulous team leadership AND team development/team building skills and experience.

The Ideal Candidate
Will have an excellent track record of success working with one or more of the top UK multiples….experience with M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury's or Waitrose would be terrific.
Will be extremely commercial and customer focussed with outstanding client management and business development skills and the passion and drive to deliver first rate customer service.
Will be a brilliant leader with excellent operational management experience or at least good factory/operations knowledge.
Will, ideally, have a track record of success in a commercially orientated MD or GM role and in-depth knowledge and ability of dealing with demanding retail buyers.
