Are you looking for a new opportunity in the on-trade with a genuine mission and a strong purpose?  Interested in working for two FMCG founders who have developed a brand which is on a super high growth trajectory and forecasted to deliver serious numbers over the next 5 years?

This opportunity is a rarity in the on-trade and is led by two FMCG industry big hitters who are looking to develop the team.  If you’re inspired in brands who look to make a difference, interested in scale-up brands and want to be part of a phenomenal journey and category transformation… this could be for you!

This is a brand which is based in London and backed by some seriously interesting investors, already seeing growth across the off trade, on trade and D2C.  They’re now in a position to build out their sales team and looking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager / Channel Lead to take hold of the on-trade business and manage relationships at national level with RTM / on-trade wholesale accounts.  You will have one direct report who will support you with direct relationships and end user with a view to expand the team heading into 2022.

This brand will give you a platform to propel your career and give back at the same time.  A lifestyle brand which is all about a positive and progressive move and are looking to appoint someone who shares their values and excited to realise the growth which is projected. You will play a vital role in their ambitious plans and looking for someone who is well networked within on-trade wholesale.

The successful candidate will hold between 5-10 years on-trade wholesale experience familiar with the larger National Wholesale RTM, to be successful in the role;

  • Able to operate at pace, you will be restless for success and enjoy variety.
  • You’ll be competitive and have a self-starter nature, but not so far that it’s a winner takes all mentality!
  • Strong experience managing the on-trade Wholesale RTM’s on a national level.
  • You’re all about team with a real willingness to help others.
  • Good communication skills you’ll win people over with your passion and enthusiasm, generally operating in a positive way! 
  • A glass half full person who is an entrepreneur at heart.
  • PERSONALITY!!! AND HEAPS OF IT!
