This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading and award winning FMCG alcohol manufacturer as a Regional Sales Manager - Alcohol.

Client Details

My client is a market leading and award winning FMCG alcohol manufacturer. Having established themselves as a market leader in the UK market my client are looking for an ambitious, hungry candidate to come in and drive sales within the allocated territory within the on trade.

The business will offer excellent training and support alongside autonomy to make the role your own.

The business continue to develop new exciting products as well as their market leading brands who are very much household names.


Regional Sales Manager - Alcohol:
  • Manage the on trade customers across a defined territory

  • Win new listings in key bars / groups across the stated region.

  • Develop existing business and ensure customer requirements are dealt with in a timely and

    professional manner.

  • Manage an investment budget for the stated region, working in tandem with the National Field Sales


  • Provide venue appropriate POS material for key bars.

  • Identify, capitalise on and feedback opportunities to develop brand sales across the region.

  • Support the National Retail Team when required.

  • Drive periodic National wholesaler promotions within their sales teams to maximise sales and


  • Manage and Develop Regional Wholesaler relationships to maximise sales and regional opportunities

  • Manage and Develop National and Regional Cash & Carry relationships to maximise On-trade opportunities.

  • Understand and deliver a full regional plan and add to this plan as accounts change in the stated


  • Manage and update the CRM tool with relevant account information

  • Provide reports on the development of accounts within the stated region

  • Collate and feedback competitor intelligence

  • Any other reasonable additional duties that may be required from time to time.


Regional Sales Manager - Alcohol:
  • A proven track record selling alcohol into the on trade
  • Experience growing existing accounts - bar / pub groups
  • Track record of opening new accounts - bar / pub groups
  • A team player with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • High standard of administrative understanding and ability.
  • An understanding of some or all of - Key bar groups + 'The pub and bar scene'
  • High levels of Drive, Passion and Energy and confidence.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of P+L management.
  • Numerate but with a creative flair and a convivial approach.
  • A flexible, self-starter that is pro-active
  • Full driving license
  • To be based in: London, Essex or Kent

Job Offer

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum basic salary
