A rapidly growing branded food business, enjoying over 80% growth over the last 12 months, is looking to recruit a sales leader for its retail business. The opportunity for the brand is incredibly exciting and is already #2 within its category.
Working with the grocery channel, reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales lead will have full accountability for developing the strategic and operational plans with the customer base. You will recruit and manage a team to support the growth agenda. You will be single-minded about delivering out-performing results and develop strategy on how to build the business with key customer and manage the customer strategy and relationships.
The successful candidate will have an FMCG blue chip background and will have subsequently moved into a more entrepreneurial/challenger space. Currently working at SNAM/Controller level this opportunity requires a strong commercial operator who has the capability to build and lead a team.
