Our client are a family owned business that have grown and developed into a massive player within their desired market. The UK business has tripled in size in the last 3 years after appointing a new Sales Director to manage the whole of the UK business. They are always innovating and tweaking products to make sure they fit a range of customers wants and needs. Offering a great scope of development and learning within the company, they are looking for a skilled Commercial Manager to join the already strong sales force.
The role is going to have a predominant focus on winning and managing business within the Convenience sector, therefore, the ideal candidate will have previous experience and knowledge in doing this. The accounts being managed will be the likes of: Spar, Nisa, One Stop and Co-op, aswell as taking on some other accounts from the Discount channel, such as: Home Bargains, B&M and Heron Foods. This role will be based 2/3 days per week in the office in Berkshire and the rest of the week working from home and out visiting your customers.
