This is a newly created role within this growing business for an experienced Key Account Manager looking for the next step. Initially you will be tasked to support export customers in Europe whilst the UK gains traction (although this is happening quickly!) then you will very quickly be tasked with growing sales across the UK with high street retail and department stores. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who wishes to grow their career in the housewares sector.
The Person:
This role will suit a passionate individual who enjoys being part of the bigger picture. The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively. Keen to make a mark and create structures and not scared to ask questions!
You must be an experienced Key Account Manager with a track record in developing business with national retailers in the UK. Ideally you will have experience in the housewares or homewares sector. For the right person there will be plenty of opportunity for growth and development both UK and globally. You may even be a Buyer looking to move your career into the sales arena.
The Company:
My client is based in Surrey and are a small (but growing fast) Housewares, Homewares, Small Domestic Appliance manufacturer .They are a friendly, supportive team of 12 in the UK, although part of a much larger global business. They are now keen to invest in a Key/National Account Manager to complete the next stage of their growth plans.
