Aegean Heritage est 1993 is fast growing business  within the Food Manufacturing Industry, importing & processing Mediterranean cheeses and creating exciting value added products to supply the top end retailers such M&S , Waitrose , Ocado as well as ingredients to Bakkavor , 2SF

We are looking for a BDM /National Account manager to join our highly professional and fast paced team with previous experience in food retail , B2B , value added products . Chilled foods and dairy preferably

The position is an excellent opportunity for a proven NPD / BDM , with proven track record of managing current and developing new business in food retail , B2B and wholesale

Purpose : to retain current and develop current & new customer opportunities within specific account portfolio. To create a robust strategy to deliver results by building strong relationships , maximizing sale opportunities , ensure budgeted targets in relation to volume and pricing are achieved and if possible exceeded

Accountabilities :

Aegean Knowledge - develop a deep understanding of our business , product offering , and capabilities against competitor offerings and customer needs. Use all available to maximize business opportunities

Customer knowledge : analyze and interpret info of competitors and trends to understand the market and our customers , to identify risks and possibilities of growth of account portfolio

Financial management : Contribute to annual budgets for identified customer responsibilities and investment to assist growth by introduction of new products and processes Provide monthly forecast of revenue and volume to assist operational planning

Selling and Negotiating : Completes all necessary preparation in advance of customer negotiations and make strategic pricing decisions . Keep relevant the pricing models used in light of market / consumer dynamics

Driving Growth : People Management & Development : Works to ensure customer service levels are maintained to the highest standards and opportunities for improvement are identified and implemented
