- The successful Divisional Sales Manager Consumer Electronics is accountable for driving field sales delivery across the South of the UK ensuring sales, performance and compliance KPI’s
- As Divisional Sales Manager Consumer Electronics you will develop a highly motivated sales team through coaching, developing, leading and inspiring the team members to exceed expectations. Having 8 direct reports and a wider team of 100+ fantastic leadership skills are essential
- The Divisional Sales Manager Consumer Electronics will build successful relationships with the consumer electronics brand and demonstrate a “can do” attitude with a solution focused mindset to identify opportunities to maximize sales growth
- Having fantastic end to end understanding of retail awareness you will develop and deliver a strategy that exceeds expectations.
- You will be currently working within a field sales management role with second line management ideally within consumer electronics or technology.
- For the Divisional Sales Manager Consumer Electronics it is essential that you a fantastic proven track record of leading large teams and can demonstrate how you can flex your style to deliver fantastic results.
- You will be highly organized and will eb able to bring structure and excellent planning and organization to the team
