My client has a core range of brands that are strong challengers in their sector in the UK, in addition to having access to further global brands that will be introduced to the UK when the timing is right.
As an evolvement of the current Category team, there is a desire to bring in the newly created role to further develop the customer interaction of the Category team.
Key responsibilities will be:
Developing category-based relationships with retailers within the Grocery Multiples (specifically Morrison’s & Waitrose), Convenience & Online Channels
Provide the sales team with shopper and category insights to build strategic account plans
Provide the Marketing team with shopper and category insights to build strategic brand plans
Manage plant-based research hub
Managing agency workload priorities and insight sharing
You will be either a Category Executive, Junior Category Manager or Category Analyst
Experience of using Kantar, IRI & Nielsen
Ideally you will have customer facing experience, even if limited. This is an area when you will 100% grown and develop.
