Job Details

How does working for a brand that is changing its product offering and strategy to market sound?  Having reached capacity on their own label, this brand that has some truly exciting NDP products in the pipeline and is looking to significantly grow its branded proposition.  To achieve this growth, the role of a newly created ecommerce Manager will play a significant part.

The current situation is that there is a low volume D2C website catering for larger orders with low levels of traffic.  This is the “low hanging fruit” that is often talked about in-terms of making an instant impact.  The second and most important areas of focus will be working with key retailers and enhancing their proposition on the Grocery Multiples websites.  The expectation is that there is better positioning, better collaboration and a lesser reliance on e-com deals!

About you

There will be a strong internal network to support and develop this person, so if you are a candidate who isn’t within the FMCG sector at the moment, this may not be a deal breaker, although it would help.  Below are some of the requirements for the role.

  • Experience of working within FMCG business is desirable.
  • experience of operating in an eCommerce environment with pure-play and grocery.com customers.
  • Experience of managing a Direct to Consumer sales website highly desirable.

If you are an Ecommerce Manager looking for a new challenge, an Ecommerce Executive or Analyst that feels as though you could take on more but haven’t had the opportunity then I would highly recommend hitting the “apply” button, this could be a great role for you!
