This newly created role will lead the Pack Price Channel Architecture projects for each brand with the local EMEA teams, working with a clear but flexible process to identify opportunities to drive value growth or protect brand value within the marketplace through defined portfolio and channel plans. RGM uses the key levers of price, promotion and portfolio to drive GP acceleration across EMEA.

The RGM will use the key levers of price, promotion and portfolio to drive GP acceleration across EMEA. The EMEA RGM team will be focused on launching a new Pack Price Channel Architecture (PPCA) process across leading brands with key markets. This process aims to use data-driven insights to identify the right pack offering at the right price to win in the growth channels by meeting their current and future needs.

Establish, improve, and drive local PPCA agenda:
Lead and coordinate multiple market roll-outs in parallel and ensure tracking of impact generation through PPCA initiatives takes place
Drive insights generation and enrich with cross-market learnings; leverage the data to make pro-active proposals for market consideration
Help markets to shape commercially viable strategies driven by consumer insights and focused on driving joint value creation for the company, customer and consumer
Support teams to move from plan to implementation by connecting with internal stakeholders and leveraging key processes to bring ideas to reality
Monitor the PPCA initiative roadmap design and implementation status

Coach in-market PPCA project teams, provide team onboarding, capability building, and ensure smooth local PPCA roll-out:
Coach local cross-functional PPCA teams on tools and PPCA approach and provide structured and dedicated PPCA capability sessions by coaching, mentoring and shadowing
Advisory and challenger role; able to encourage broad thinking and challenge the status quo; Challenge thinking to higher levels with outside-in perspective

Coordinate, constantly improve, and distribute the PPCA playbook:
Keep the PPCA playbook alive by constantly adding relevant examples, learnings, etc. from the markets and distribute the latest and most up-to-date playbook into the markets
Own the PPCA methodology, keep it evolving by reflecting new trends, data availability, market specific needs and demands
Share best-practice and learnings across markets

Build RGM capabilities across EMEA and drive the RGM agenda forward:
Develop and deliver training materials to upskill teams within EMEA
Adhoc support on key projects for lead market


The ideal candidates will be confident leveraging market data and analytics to shape consumer-led strategies that are commercially viable and will help win in the marketplace.
These are high profile roles working with senior stakeholders so require deep commercial knowledge (sales, marketing, strategy and RGM) alongside excellent communication skills. As these roles will be supporting the launch of a new process, the individuals will need to coach local teams on the key steps and challenge the teams to develop step-changing proposals. Strong organization and project management capabilities are also required.

* Deep RGM and Commercial (Marketing/Sales) experience
* Extensive commercial experience (marketing / sales / RGM)
* Clear communication skills across all parts of the organization
* Coordination Experience, Coaching Skills and market knowledge
* Able to synthesis marketing and pricing information to create insights and actionable recommendations
* Strong influencing skills and coaching capabilities
* Willingness to challenge the status quo and promote change
* Ability to craft data-driven commercial sell-in plans
* Hands-on project delivery and leadership skills
* Ability to work in an agile working environment
* Able to build strong working relationships
* Able to lead face-to-face or virtual workshops (familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams required)

* Data expertise would be advantageous - Technical (functional) expertise and analytical expertise to perform non-automated analysis, develop new perspective and methods, as well as basic RGM analyses
* Specific knowledge of focus markets would be beneficial (UK, Germany, Russia, France, Spain, Italy and Middle East markets) but not essential. Must be open to developing strong knowledge of focus markets at start of each project.
