Proudly independent, our client was established in London in the 90’s and has grown a reputation for producing high quality, natural, locally-sourced beers and lagers that are brewed for longer and that taste great! Now with a state-of-the-art, sustainable brewery, our client is expanding commercial operations with the hiring of an On-trade Sales Manager for London.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the London On-trade Sales Manager has responsibility for driving commercial innovation and success, growing existing customer relationships, identifying and winning new business and the overall strategic development within the On-trade.
With one direct report, this is a pivotal appointment in the development strategy for the business and is crucial to the businesses ongoing growth. As such, there is great potential for the position to develop for the right person. This exciting role offers the opportunity to be truly accountable for your actions and see the impact of your work on results.
To be considered, you will have a proven track record in the premium branded drinks industry – and demonstrable evidence of success within the London On-trade. You will be well known in the premium bars, bistros and cafes as a passionate, dynamic and engaging customer-centric commercial operator.
