The E-commerce Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving and increasing the market share of the portfolio of brands on all VPP ( Virtual Pure Players ). You will look to build and strengthen relationships with top management of the key retailers to find as much strategic alignment and opportunities as possible.

Client Details

My client is a major player in skincare, thanks to core brands at the heart of their portfolio. Going against the flow of mainstream cosmetics, my client has stood out right from its beginning, by putting biology at the heart of their innovation

  • Drives communication with partners to ensure synergies between the brand's own digital activities and those of the pure players, by applying an executing an omnichannel strategy

  • Managing and assisting with all digital trading strategy, by optimising conversion, increasing AOV, on retailer sites, to create a seamless customer experience.

  • Build commercial forecast in line with targets to ensure it matches the business strategies and Marketing goals

  • Observe & analyse web mechanics to identify and drive new opportunities

  • Build and implement Join Business Plan across retailers/categories including distribution, pricing, promotion

  • Ideally 3/4 years' successful experience with e-ret account management
  • Preferred experience in managing UK digital beauty brands
  • Strong acumen of online trading
  • Experience in Beauty & Skincare is expected
