Calling Chefs in London!

My client is a premium manufacturer of high quality tableware who is looking to recruit a qualified Chef to join their sales team.

This is rare opportunity for a passionate qualified chef who is looking to move out of the kitchen. This role would suit someone that has been a chef for 5+ years and now needing a work life balance, maybe with a young family and having your weekends and evenings back is important? The right candidate will remain passionate about food and hospitality.

This role would be working with an established, well known manufacturer who have a loyal account base across central London. You would be dealing with head Chefs, F&B managers and Hotel and Restaurant owners. Understanding their needs and desires and offering tailored product solutions.

Candidates will need to be trained chefs, this is an essential requirement. Also required is creativity, passion and ambition. You will be outgoing, articulate and comfortable working independently.

In this role you would be holding an average of 4-6 meetings a day with decision makers from hotels and restaurants to discuss new tableware, cutlery, glassware, stoneware and buffetware.

This role will offer you the chance to stay firmly in the hospitality industry where you would be interacting with exciting clientele at top venues including major 4/5*hotel and restaurant groups and independents that include the Ritz and The Dorchester.

You will have to be based in greater London with easy access to the tube network in order to travel daily to central London.

The salary offered will depend on a candidate’s experience but attractive enough to secure the right person. Travel expenses throughout London will be paid as well as tools of the trade like a mobile phone and laptop.
