We have a new and exciting opportunity at Head Office for an Operations Executive to provide the client and the field team with a responsive yet cost effective administrative service.
What will you be doing?
- Delivering a high quality service to internal and external clients within agreed standards and procedures.
- Optimising the use of available systems and technology whilst identifying opportunities to add value and enhance the service provided.
- To oversee the provision of accurate, relevant and timely call file and cycle change management to ensure that the post call management Information is appropriate to the client and operational requirements.
- Provide effective communication routes between departments, field, client and operations to ensure efficient sharing & use of information.
- Work to implement the plans put in place to meet all agreed service standards & deadlines.
- Working with peers to promote sharing of best working methods across the business.
- Develop dashboards and provide reporting for Team and Account manager on a daily basis.
- To ensure the team delivers a high-quality service to Clients and Client Service on a day to day basis.
What will you need?
