Title – Head of Marketing – Spirits
Location – 1-2 Days London & WFH
Salary - £60-£80k plus package
I have exclusively partnered with a fast growing Spirits business to recruit for a Head of Marketing that will continue their rapid growth plans.
Synonymous with the amazing drinks and adventurous ideas, you will be joining a business that is listed in the Big Four, Amazon and Ocado with over a £100 million turnover.
As the Head of Marketing, your main purpose will be to support both Sales & Commercial to deliver growth & EDITDA plans through marketing execution.
Whilst striving to commercial goals set by the wider business, you will also have manage a team covering Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, Events and PR.
Some of your day to day essentials will include driving Customer Marketing, measure and evaluate your brand activity to ensure you are investing A&P effectively and efficiently.
Ensure that Customer Marketing are able to translate this strategy into actionable full marketing mix tools built on insight and rigorous analysis and what doesn’t
Inspire the marketing team to deliver incredible creativity in their campaigns
Having a strong Marketing background within Spirits of the BWS category would be an advantage, although candidates from Non-Alcoholic drinks and FMCG will be considered.
If you have worked in both an SME and Blue-chip background it would be advantageous.
ROI is key here, so somebody who has worked or operated with a Zero budget would stand out.
People Management is a key part of the role. You will be able to demonstrate how you have both lead teams and developed staff.
Given the NPD focus of the business, ideally you will have had experience of launching a new Brand to market
Candidates with suitable backgrounds for this role will have operated at Head of Marketing, Customer Marketing Controller, Senior Customer Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager Level.
