Based in central London, this role offers you the opportunity to be part of something big.  While the brand itself is a firm favourite with plenty of heritage, the company are still in the early stages of their D2C journey and are growing quickly on a global scale. As CRM Manager, you will shape and build the strategy for customer retention and acquisition, acting as a key player in growing the business.

You will have full responsibility for CRM Marketing for the UK market and global territories; you will set the strategic objective and implement the agenda, working with the in-house marketing and design teams.
