Package: £45,000 + benefits

This a great chance for a pro-active and detailed individual to join a growing business in an Operations Manager role. Working with an array of premium alcoholic beverages, this presents an excellent opportunity to develop your career.

We are an established beer player in the UK Market looking to expand our presence in the Out of Home channel. Looking for someone to bring their first-class experience to our customer base for both new & existing clients. This role will have all elements from starting new operations to developing, maintaining & improving existing processes & procedures.

Ideally we are looking for someone with these key competencies –

• Supply Chain & Operational Experience with a FMCG company
• Experience in Organising Complex business flows
• Experience in Importing Goods from Europe
• Enjoy working in a busy and unpredictable supply chain environment
• Love being hands on within the business whilst being able to identify areas of improvement
• SAP Knowledge preferable but not essential
