Based Mix of Office 3days and Home based 90 minutes of Uxbridge

Our client is an ambitious internationally branded FMCG business with a strong and loyal heritage. They are at the forefront of changing eating habits from FREE FROM and VEGETARIAN and they are leading the alternative!

The role is to manage current business and drive new business, range extensions and listings for frozen and chilled ranges that will deliver both profit and growth.  A transitioning culture that wants to be ahead of the curve by developing new business plans and sales strategies that create need within major multiples, whilst maintaining sales. Your key performance indicators will include developing relationships cross functionally, driving sales and managing trade promotional spend, whilst developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy.

Ideal candidates will have a background in a chilled or frozen FMCG company that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of account management. However, we want an Account Manager who is also a Business Developer with the drive and commitment to grow the business. An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential.

Our client is a business that can mix the classical candidate with candidates who can demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. IT’S THE Entrepreneur we want.
