This is a HUGE opportunity for anyone in the On-Trade who is looking for a position which will allow you to unleash your entrepreneurial flair.  This is a brand which has real spirit, a lifestyle brand which is all about glamour and adventure.  It’s a brand which is also about doing things right, protecting our planet and has a real sustainability agenda.

This drinks brand has had an incredible journey so far and has big ambitions.  It’s already travelled around the world and gained traction in key markets interesting some big names in the investor world of FMCG.  The UK will play a large part of the growth plans and having re-set after the year of 2020!... they’re now in a position to appoint a Sales & Marketing Manager to take the lead in the UK alongside the brand Founder and has a home based contract. 

This is one of those rare roles which doesn’t come around all that often given the broad nature of it, and the growth is has within it, representing a highly exciting opportunity!  It will be well suited to someone who is an entrepreneur at heart and keen to make an impact in a start-up environment.  You will have experience in the On-Trade, activating brands and a proven track record in developing new business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing new relationships within the On-Trade driving business growth.
  • Developing customer and trade marketing plans brining the brand to life.
  • Responding to what’s in front of you, working independently to drive sustainable business growth in the UK.

 

To succeed in this role, you need to have entrepreneurial flair, drive and rigor.  This won’t be for everyone given the diverse nature of the role and the start-up environment it provides.  For the right person though this is hugely exciting and presents an opportunity to develop into more of a general manager later down the line as the business grows.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years FMCG experience operating within the On-Trade and BWS.
  • Experience of building customer / trade marketing plans and brand activation.
  • Passion and proven experience for winning and sustaining new business.
  • An entrepreneur who has high energy and wants to make a mark!
