As the successful Business Development Manager you will work directly with the Head of Sales within the small but hugely passionate Purearth team. You will have day-to-day responsibility for our major Wholesale accounts (full P&L responsibility), as well as targets for opening new customers across the Impulse Retail and Food Service channels. This role is ideally placed for a driven and determined individual who works well as part of a team but has the self-drive and discipline to also work independently. New business development is critical to this role as we look to continue our significant growth of the last 2 years.
- Have experience in a field sales role ideally within branded food/drink
- Tenacious attitude to new business development
- Have experience managing and developing accounts in, Wholesale, HORECA and convenience.
- Strong financial/commercial acumen to drive performance
- Ability to build and sustain excellent relationships at all levels (internal and external)
- Ambitious, driven and able to operate effectively at pace
Location: Able to work at our West London Head Office circa 2 days per week (when in non-COVID remote working)
